All sales are considered final once service has begun, access to digital content has been granted, or consulting sessions have started. Our products and services require significant preparation, and our pricing reflects this commitment.

2. Digital Products

Before Access: If you purchased a digital product but have not yet accessed or downloaded the content, you may request a refund within 48 hours of purchase by contacting [email protected].

After Access: Once digital content has been accessed, downloaded, or used in any way, all sales are final.

3. Marketing & Consulting Services

Before Work Begins: If you purchased services but our team has not yet started the work, you may request a refund within 48 hours of purchase.

After Work Begins: No refunds are available once:

  • Strategy sessions have taken place,

  • Work has commenced,

  • Deliverables have been provided, or

  • Third-party services have been engaged on your behalf.

4. Website Design, Development & CRM Setup

Before Work Begins: You may request a refund within 48 hours of purchase if work has not yet started.

After Work Begins: No refunds are available once:

  • Design concepts have been delivered,

  • Development work has begun,

  • Hosting, domain, or CRM services have been set up,

  • Customizations, automations, or integrations have been created.

5. Subscriptions

  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.

  • You may cancel at any time via account settings or by emailing [email protected].

  • No refunds will be issued for the current billing period once it has started.

  • Access continues until the end of the billing cycle.

6. Exceptions

Refunds may be considered in special circumstances, including:

  • Service Unavailability: If our services are completely unavailable due to technical issues on our end for more than 72 consecutive hours.

  • Legal Requirements: Where consumer protection laws (such as in Canada, the US, Mexico, or the EU) grant you specific rights.
